Ive been looking at my fish oil supplement and noticed it has close to no DHA. Ive read this is the most potent an beneficial form of fish oil. I also use flax so get a good amount of good fats from that, but i seem to not be getting any DHA. WOndering if this is a big deal, or if I should be switching to something that has more DHA. Right now I get 2 tablespoons of flax in my shake.
