yesterday i was on my second set of doing crunches on a machine and my top 2 upper left abs completely cramped...not a little bs cramp from running a full blown cramp. this was my first ab excercise of the day so it wasnt from overtraining and i drink close to a galloon of water a day...today i was on my 3 set of crunches and my bottom right ab cramped as well. this was also on my first exercise. any1 have this b4. and if it matter i just finished a 4week hdrol cycle with 2 weeks of nolvadex as pct. not sure if this has anything to do with it and whats wrong. would appreciate ur 2 cents...
