    protein shakes

    Question; How many protein shake do you all drink on a daily basis and which kind. I know that we're suppose to consume 1-2gram per lb of your body weight.
    I weight 190 d been driking about 6 shakes a day and I'm just afraid I might get too bloated/fat.

    6 a day bloody hell i have 2. You will have so many replies on wot ones tho lol there are so many brands!

    You wanna learn to eat well .
    Protein shakes are to supplement that .
    A couple shakes a day is about all you should use .

    6 a day? Jesus. I drink 2..

    1 ON Whey shake after working out (or sometime during the day on off days)
    1 ON Casein shake before bed

    I get the rest of my protein from my food throughout the day. Food is awesome and much more satisfying than shakes. I also throw in a MetRx Big 100 bar here and there.

    When on cycle I'll kick it up to 3 shakes a day.

    Yeah, I would normally do between 2-3.
    When on a cycle on usually do 3.
    The reason I was asking this question is because I have not ran a cycle for over 3 month and this is becuase I lost contact with my supplier. I now have some comming to me so I can't wait ...

    In time of needs like this I went ahead and picked up some mass tabs (I know it's waste of money so save it) from a supplement store near my home.
    The supplement store is owned by a well known body builder and I had a chat with him and he advised for me to take 6 shakes a day with my mass tabs. I'm not going to lie in 3 days I did blow up but not as hard as when your on a cycle.... I'm going to continue the 6 shakes a day for about another week but I will deffinatly watch the love handles LOL ... Thank You all. By the way, yes I know good foods are better intake than the protein shake but I'm woking alot right now so does not allow me to eat all my right meals...
