ECA timing and how much

Does anyone here take an ECA stack 3 times a day or more? I wake up early (4:30am) so I take my first dose at 5am and then another at 9. Was thinking of adding a third at 1pm?? Is this over kill? I have taken it as late as 4pm and no trouble falling asleep.

Just stay under 100mg/day and always work your way up in dose. I only take it 2 times a day and never within 4-6 hrs of bed. I guess with 15 mg tabs you could do it 3 times/day at 30mg/dose but watch you caffine intake too.

The eph is 25mg and the caffine is 200mg so I should be fine with 3 times a day. I cycle it 2 weeks on 2 off.

Dosage 1:10:15 ratio (ex: 25mg, 250mg, 375mg) or 1:10:10. 3x daily, take it around bed time if you want if it doesn't disrupt your ability to get to sleep. I've done clen and haven't had a problem with getting to sleep.

375mg???? thats like 15 pills am I missing something??

No, He's talking about the ratios of E C A. (E-25mg, C-250mg, A-375mg). If you took 375mg dose of ephedrine your heart would probably give up pretty quick.

the E is 25mg the C is 200mg and then I take baby asprin which is 81mg, should I take 2 or take normal asprin?

I'd just take one normal 325mg asprin per dose.
