Digestive supplement
I use to eat 2 big meals a day, now i getting the diet in check with 7 meals every 2.5 hours. The problem is i feel full and blotted sometimes. I eat chicken and veggies most of the time. wheat bran and so on. I dont think fiber is a problem.
Question is does anyone that a digestive supplement to help this?

You'll get used to it. I know when 2-3 hours is up because i get hungry every 2-3 hours now.
For the bloat, try drinking more water. The best way to get it out is to take it in. I drink about 1gal to 1.5gals every day.

Been taking papaya enzyme, couldnt tell you if its working or not but its for digestive health

i got a bottle for like 7 bucks of chewables at walmart because I never felt good when eating so much.

How about Acidophilous (Probiotic supplements). They reduce bloating.

Up the water intake and try a couple of tablespoons full of apple cider vinegar. It helps with the bloating feeling. Just put it in a little water the acid is bad on the teeth.
