hey everyone,
i have been currently lifting fora bout 2 years on and off and now i am starting to want to really get into it. im 5"11 19 years old and weigh around 155lbs with about 9 percent body fat. i reall would like to bulk up until about the end of winter..im faily a cut up guy but now im to the point were im sick of being cut up and not want to just have gains. and then possibly get cut back up after i put on some punds.i was wondering if there are any recommended supplements or anything inperticular that i shud take to acomplish this...
