    When to take creatine monohydrate

    I've always used some sort of pre-workout cocktail like NOxplode, Jack3d, or Black Powder. Never raw creatine monohydrate and caffeine only. Was at GNC and a tub of monohydrate was on sale, so I bought it. How long before I begin my workout should I take the stuff?

    Take one teaspoon, and add it to your post workout shake. Either that, or a drink such as gatorade. On non workout days, take one teaspoon mid-day, mixed in a shake, or another drink. I love creatine bro, and I am about to start it up again. Creatine is the only supplement that I will be on for life

    Your pre-workout will have creatine monohydrate... but probally listed in a propriety blend... so you will be unsure of the exact amount.

    Wait....

    You are going to take only creatine and caffeine for your preworkout? If that is the case... caffeine 1 hour before workout, then creatine immediately after (IMO)
