BCAA's Before/Durring WO?
How long are BCAA's effective after ingesting them?
If I lift 45 minutes then do 20 minutes of cardio should I be taking them before I start lifting or while I'm lifting?
Whats a good brand to take?

In your case I would take the BCAA's 15-20 before you do your pwo cardio. Brands aren't that important just make sure you get the powder BCAA's and not the pills as the powder is more concentrated and will get into your system quicker.

optimum nutrition (ON) but it taste like $hit (well you get use to it). It was fairly inexpensive. For me, I can't sip on BCAA's throughout my workout as I have to chug water. So just mix it up and drink it the last 15-20 minutes of your workout. Also, this way you know your body hasn't used the BCAA's during your lifting session so they are there to preserve the muscle while doing pwo cardio.

i put my BCAA powder in a water bottle with a bit of gatorade powder mix and consume over the course of the workout

good point. I dont use very much though, just a little to mask the nasty bcaa taste a bit

cant say bcaa's before and during workouts make any diff. soz. i experimented for ages. my 2 cents

when doing them prior to a 45min first thing in the morning target hr cardio, how many grams should you digest??

Do you guys also take BCAA any other time besides workout? Some instructions say to take through out the day with meals.

HOw do you guys take 10g.....cause the BCAA products only give you like 8g max..do u just double the dosage or add more powder

I use a mix of gluetamin and bcaa's before, during, and after a workout. I get pretty good results doing this. Occaisionally in the afternoon if I'm really hungry and it's not time for my next meal, I'll mix up a batch and sip on that until it's time to eat.

Yep during with some Glutimine mixed in.. Vpx Power Shock, and Alri Chained Out.. Like a lot..
