    Talking Newbe, first cycle questions

    ok so ive been into heath and fitness for a while, but i have always remained skinny (138 lbs, 6'1) im currently 19 and i am planning to start a Danabol cycle for six weeks starting in march. im planning to do 20mg a day and then imediatly start nolvadex after (plus some creatine). im doing 20mgs so that the change in musculature isnt as rapid, i dont want my roommates to tell the RA, id be screwed then!

    im looking for advice and suggestions thx!

    If you're talking about dianabol, the steroid, I don't think it's a good idea.

    In fact, even if you're talking about a supplement--you don't need it.

    At your age, height and weight the only thing you need now is a real diet.

    Go to the diet forum and start a thread and the knowledgeable guys there will help you

    Brother not trying to be a dick, but you need to eat!!!!! At your height you should be at least 185lbs and even that is considered skinny...You don't need any type of cycle right now, you need to eat and train eat and train. As D7M said go to diet section and they will help you out.

    x 3, Had a buddy a few years that thought the same way you did, he was 22, 5'10 and about 145 lbs. Just got him on a serious diet and some heavy training and he put on a good 30 lbs in three months.

    diet is the best advice you could get.. eat like a maniac and when you have gained some pounds start on the supplements..
