Taurine, potassium, and calcium will help. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water. These back pumps are common w/ most orals especially m-drol...I had them so bad that I quit doing deadlifts and free squats while on.

As M302 said, dose your taurine at 6-8 grams/day spread out. Drink water like crazy!!

Bro, the back pumps are insane. Just look at it as a beautiful pain. But yeah it is a bitch. You will have to skip squats and deadlift sometimes. Taurine did not work for me. I just alotted myself an extra hour in the gym to stretch my back out between sets

The way I take it is: 3 am, 3 Pre WO, 2 before bed. 6+ grams/day always works for me.

Bulk powder you can get from Nutrabio and I get the caps from any site that sell NOW products. If your cool with powder it is way cheaper but neither are expensive.

Just imagine that you are 130lbs. Then you squatted 700lbs 5 times. Then a mule kicked you in the lower back. Then you slept on a pile of rocks and woke up with a painful back. That is what the pumps feel like.
They are just intense pumps in your lower back

yep... mine have been so bad that i am unable to bend for more than a few seconds at work without having to stretch my back out.......i look so ridiculous stretching in the middle of a retail store that i kind of feel like that overstretching jogger (a.k.a. tool) whos doing lunges on lamp posts in your neighborhood

Just got them for the first time today.
I always read about these "back pumps" on here and I never believed it but sure enough now at day 19 I am finally getting that lower back pain.
I had to bend down to do some painting to day and I was like dammmnnn what the hell my back is killing me.
Was supposed to do legs today but had to push it off til tomorrow. I don't care if I have to go very slow and do lighter weights it is getting done. I am just going to be very careful.
The Taurine just came out of the cabinet I knew I would need it for something one of these days.
