    my supplement stack

    just turned 18 and trying to cut a couple pounds which has been going a bit slower then id like even with a well planned out diet. 6'2 203lbs..goal is about 197 and was wondering how my stack looked. any feedback is appreciated.

    Whey protein
    Creatine 5-8g a day
    ***** fish oil 3
    multivitamin
    Superpump 250
    lipo 6x

    throw in some bcaas during training and some vitamin c and youre gtg....

    You don't need superpump, lipo 6 (why do you have this stacked in with this other stuff?), or multivitamin.

    Add BCAAs as he suggested, take intraworkout, take whey isolate postworkout.

    I like superpump 250 for pre-workout and lipo 6x only until i cut the couple pounds then ill stop.

    add calcium too, i found that when i added over 100 percent daily i lost more bf in the end, plus of course...cardio
