Help getting my younger brother started.

    Goals are increasing size.

He was a basketball player in highschool. His year ended early, so he said he wants to start building his upper body up.

His cardio is very impressive. I just want to know what he should start off with. He has lifted lighter weights for years.

I've got him on a basic protein diet as of now.

    Suggestions?

    5'10
    150lbs

Maybe a bit better advice here.

He is young, so I don't want to start feeding him supplements lol

You do realize this is the supplement section correct?

I'm asking a pretty basic question.

What is a good starting stack for a 18 year old.

We on the same page now?

    "stack" implies steroids

stacking supplements is a media/advertising term to make supplements look hardcore

    Creatine
    Multivitamin
    Fish Oil
    BCAAs
Pre-workout (NO Shotgun, Jack3d or Black Powder)

However, the only thing that will give him quality gains in weight is food. Supplements help your body utilize the food better.

Creatine is the best IMO, and it is DIRT cheap

Thanks Big Kuntry, I appreciate it.

Thats basically the same stuff I take. I wasn't sure if it was okay for him to take all those things at his age.

Good workout suggestions, I will have him do those just like you said.

Also, for his age is diet is almost in check. He just has to get rid of those 'little' bad snacks lol

No offense but I have no clue what your saying half the time lol

I'd like to get him on a macro diet, but with him being in school and stuff its hard. He can't exactly eat whenever he wants lol.
