I just stopped a cycle of test about 4 weeks ago and began a cutting diet to go with it.
While my body is dropping fat, and I'm losing water due to my test levels depleting, im starting to feel as if my muscles aren't look as full as they use to (mostly water from test), but my stomach and vascularity are looking better (also because of losing water from test).
My question is, is it proven that creatin only holds water in muscles, or does it hold water everywhere i.e. sub-q/abs?
Also can i take it with just water, as to not add all the extra carbs that come with taking it with juice?
