Syntha-6 any good?

I know a friend of mine (Yea he has juiced) but he is suppppper swolll and he also uses synthia-6 from BSN ..Just wondering if it is really good? Heard it taste good but really want to know if it is good to drink 3-4 times a day to replace meals?

It does taste good and as warchild said its way over priced. Plus I dont think Id replace 3-4 meals with protein powder. Thats not going to help you gain, real food is the answer. I'd rather use ON 100% whey or even Dymatzie Iso-100 or Isolate.

Well...Syntha 6 tastes fking amazing in any flavor. Problem is, it's got a bunch of carbs and fat in it. ON Casein is a better choice for that type of protein.

I'm gonna have to agree.

Get ON's casein.

Its much better stuff, and cheaper. It taste's ****** sweet too.
