I know the hype about DHEA isn't all it's cracked up to be, but honestly I am just interested in creasing my IGF-1 levels. It is a proven fact that DHEA will increase IGF-1 (which in retrospect increases muscle mass alone). Therefore, wouldn't DHEA AT 100-200 mg per day increase IGF-1 significantly, therefore increase lean muscle? It all seems right, in theory that is. I would just like to know what some of you guys think. Also, I know DHEA should not be taken by individuals young than about 25, but if IGF-1 levels increase, shouldn't it benefit everyone who takes this supplement? Thanks for the imput
