    Ashwagandha Root Extract is best IMHO. Thats the herb with more merit IMHO.

    LJ100 may cause an increase in serum T. Extreme doses seem too in animals.

    Tribulas wont at ANY dose.

    Resveratrol is an anti-androgen and reduces AR gene-transcription and should be avoided.

    Daviniil (Nettle Root) will raise Free T by binding to SHBG.
