I shop with them, but i go to the shop instead. They have creatine for $2-30 a kilo and L-glute for $60-70. Its that bull one, or bronx, whatever its called

I get all my protein of ebay, but i buy pure whey protein isolate, concentrate and milk protein isolate. They work out to about $12.5 a kilo, so a 20kg bag costs me about $300 or so. Then i buy some milo or nesquick and flavor it.

$260 for 20k of whey concentrate, which is the best IMHO if you arnt sensitive to lactose. But if your drinking milk then your fine.

$325 for 20kg of Casein protien

Which i use all teh time. I only use whey right in the morning and both PRE and POST workout. Everyother time its casein.

But if your sensitive to lactose, then 20kg of whey isolate is $450. Not worth the money IMHO, since concentrate is half the price and only like 10% less protein.

I think i go through 20kg of whey conc. adn 20kg of milk protien every 4 months or so, maybe less.

watch out for sups on ebay, sometimes they cost more.

Vitamin C is best on ebay. 200g of pure powered is like $5. That makes like 400 500mg pills. Way worth it.
