I read that you should have you aminos alone with no pro or carbs. Monster amino is kinda a pre workout supp and has 30g of carbs for energy. Should I go with another BCAA or this this ok?

Id personally go with just the straight BCAAs myself. That way I can take them when ever and space them out as I see fit with pro and carbs. I like the pure supps without all the crap added in.
Oh god, that stuff is horrible lol. BCAAs already have a high affinity towards absorption, no need for sugar or any other bullshit.
IMO, I'd stick with the straight BCAA's, there's cleaner ways to take in pre-workout carbs if you need them.
