    Zma?

    anyone take zma? what are the benifits?

    While I hate to make assumptions, I must assume you are interested in its "proven" test boosting abilities. If this is the case, don't waste your time. While mega doses of zinc do boost test, ZMA does nothing...except in research from the manufacturer. Have a nice read if interested http://www.ergo-log.com/zma.html

    i never even knew they claimed it as a test booster when i placed my last supplement order they were asking if i was interested and talking like it was great stuff.

    I have been taking ZMA during my PCT along w/ nolva and clomid. I don't feel like the ZMA is working. Waste of money in my opinion.

    ZMA doesn't work for hormonal (testosterone ) boost.
    ZMA however does work in terms of if you're deficient in zinc + magnesium, so it helps there -> otherwise some people feel ZMA helps them with sleep.

    so really its a waste then? i already take animal pack and that is loaded with alot of vitamins and minerals.
