just like it says. found a full bottle that i must have misplaced. the date on it says Nov. 05!!!! i dunno if thats a made on, or expires on. But figured id ask. Thanks all.

It's expiration but that doesn't mean anything. The fda requires some sort of exp. date. I've got supps that are expired and they are fine.
