Take (x) 30-45 minutes before workout and (x) following workout
It seems like pretty much everything I am taking says take it right before you workout, and right after.
Glutamine, creatine, beta alanine, arginine and pretty much any other amino acid. My question is I have read that certain things "compete" with other things if you take them together.
So is it Ok to take almost every supplement together right before and after working out?
And what about off days?
