Maltodextrin
How many of you guys use maltodextrin to up your carbs for the day? Have you noticed an increase in muscle mass or fat whilst using it?

One of the best supplements for Post/Pre/during training. Mainly on my HIIT/MMA days. Apart from that, just like whey protein, i stay clear of it, morning excepted when i feel overly drained, i have a shake and 50g of maltodextrin .
