Sometimes I mix a Isolate with casen at night. In fact I often mix my proteins depending on what Im doing. Someone on this board said that mixing different proteins together is bad. Any one know why it would be?

My take on it is if it fits in your diet do it. I use a blend once a day usually and it works for me.
I drink a few shakes a day so I mix it up depending when I work out or what Im doing. I get around try to get 250-300g protein a day over 8 meals. The rest are in shakes so I mix them up as I feel its needed. I try to get around 400g a day.
