    Lower back pump and spasm help?

    Does anyone know what supps. will help for extreme lower back pumps and spasms?It gets real bad when I run test over 800mg./wk.Thanks.

    3g of taurine, plenty of water, potassium, and calcium (tums). Using a heating pad on the problem area pwo helps as well.

    are you taking pills ? example : like dbol , anadrol or a pro hormone?

    Yep lb pumps are the worst! I remember when I was suffering from these even when on taurine and someone suggested tums...I thought how the hell is Tums going to help (being nieve) but those mf'ers did help!
