I am new to all this an am about to start a cycle of vns 9 am i alright at jus taking that for a cycle an what should i use as a pct im not well educated in this at all like i said ima first timer an would love some great info

Do your research, I am far from an expert myself but one thing I have learned is I will not start messin with my Endocrine system until I KNOW EXACTLY what I am taking and what PCT is needed for it.

when your asking these questions post your stats age,height,bf,weight and experience also I would ask in the steriod forum about cycle and pct
