    fav protein shake

    just bought a tub of super advanced whey protein by body x fortress. what are your guys fav protein supplements ? anyone like met-rx whey protein?

    i like optimal nutrition plantinum hydo whey..due to the fact i dont get bloated and it mixes quite easy
