superpump 250??

im looking right now at buying some gaspari nutrition superpump 250, wondering if any of you guys have any experience with it and can tell me what its like, worth the money? does it help buold muscle? aid in better workouts? etc

It will give you some energy and a decent pump, but it ****s up your stomach. There's a reason people call it super dump 250.

would you reccomend using it?

No, I had some left over after I stopped using it and I just threw it out. I used it for 5 or 6 workouts and had stomach problems in most of those workouts. Not to mention having the shits all the time.

I never had stomach issues while taking it. It DOES give you lots of energy for your workout. I however did stop taking it because it was affecting my sleep. I work out at night, Between 530-630 depending on the day.

At those times taking it 45 mins before my workout, I would be wired for bedtime and couldn't get to sleep. If you work out in the morning, or taking it on the weekends or something i'd say go for it.

Thanks alot man i work out in the mornings most days. I've just ordered a tub I may aswell give it a go.

Did you see any strength gains whilst using it?

I just tried 2 free trials and think it is pretty good. Def noticeable energy increase, but not as much jitters and crash as NO-Xplode. It is def milder then NOX, but thats not necessarily a bad thing. I am on a low carb diet right now that that extra energy really helps. Overall pretty good product

i just bought superpump 250 grape flavor and its amazing, i had huge amounts of energy and great pumps, 10 out of 10 i would use it with sizeon

superpump 250 is awesome, I consider my stomach as being weak and it doesnt bother me one bit, probably the best pre-workout I've drank, I havent tried NO2 Shotgun and i heard some people prefer that over superpump... from what I've heard superpump and NO2 shotgun are the best

jack3d is better and easier on the stomach

i used superpump 250 last year for a couple months, i had to stop cause the gas was really rotten, if you drink your superpump on the way to the gym your very likely to be on the toilet before your workout begins.

i love superpump250. it gives me a boost to do an extra 3 reps. i run two scoops and it doesnt hurt my stomach. if i do 3 scoops my stomach starts to hurt. Size on is pretty good but i perfer kre-alk.

x2...I prefer Jack3d and I've tried most of the pre-workout drinks.

No it is not neccesary but I recommend taking SP250 with creatine mono for an over all better effect. And the stomach issues are resolved now, Gaspari changed there blend to stop the laxative effect. They had added to much magnesium in there making it make you shit your brains out.

Any creatine monodhydrate will do man. its all the same stuff as long as its pure. I personally use ON but its all the same. whatever you get a deal on.

Yeah really any brand is ok. I usually go with Nutrabio or Dymatize but it really doesn't matter aslong as its pure and micronized.

I'll get some on order, my first training session with superpump I definatley felt the difference seem more alert and full of energy I didn't want to leave lol no stomach or sleep problems :D

Is it ok to use it while on test?

I switch it when im off test im on superpump and creatine then just test/dbol

Superpump 250 by far my fav NO supp. Never really have stomach problems with any NO, but I always take a preworkout duece before i hit the gym. I've tried a bunch and Superpump 250 is def best IMO. I still try others though I go back and forth, I take NO Shotgun right now which is pretty good too.
