    Is it worth doing this?

    Currently taking creatine ethyl ester 30 mins - 1 hour before work out and immediately after workout, normally take a heaped teaspoon before and after, i know its a little much but nevermind,

    i have some crreatine monohydrate also, is it worth it to take both? will they get me any better gains?

    Take both if you want to waste money and piss it all out.....Your body can only absorb 10gms a day.....after that it is pissed away.........

    A heaping teaspoon is around 10g, so that would be alright.
