    Spawn and fat gain

    I just came off a 2 month cut(from 20%bf to 12%) and plan on starting my 4 week spawn cycle in a few weeks. Right now I am consuming 2000 cals a day and pretty much staying steady at 187lbs (im 6'0). I am on the CKD diet so no carbs all week just pro/fat then I carb up on sunday. I am kinda nervous about jumping right into a high cal diet once I start taking spawn. I am not sure how quick it kicks in so dont wanna gain a lot of fat in the first 2 weeks. That being said I Want to get the most out of the cycle. You think I should jump right into 4k cals a day or slowly add cals every few days? Maybe something like 2700 the first 5 days, then 3500 the next 5 days, then 4k for the rest

    What are your goals while taking Spawn? If it is to gain then up your calories up to 5,000-6000 a day! It is hard to gain fat while taking Spawn seeing how it is a Tren based compound! You will be gaining muscle while losing fat. If you are taking the original Spawn you will love it!!! If you are taking X-Tren/E-Stane up the doses.....I feel like CEL products are under dosed..... How are you planning to run it?

    I am planning to bulk just didnt wanna gain back all the fat I have lost. I have the original and will be running 3 pills a day for 30 days. PCT will be clomid 100 100 50 50 and nolva 40 40 20 20. I will also add a pre workout boost like Superpump, creatine, and beta alanine into my PCT. As far as 5k cals a day obviouly you cant get in 5-6k clean cals everyday. I asssume just eat as clean as possible and throw in maybe 1 shitty meal like a fast food to get that extra 700-1k cals?

    You will not gain much fat off of Spawn. You will get ripped and vasular. Eat clean and throw in a fast food meal everyday. Fats are not bad when trying to bulk.

    What oki said. I was eating one fast food meal a day aswell. Easy calories. It will all turn to muscle. I was at one point trying to get fat just to test it out. It did'nt work lol!!

    This thread has brought a smile to my face. I really expect to blow up on this cycle, I am just comming off a big cut so should put on 20lbs this cycle. I am at a calorie deficit right now, so next week I am going to go on maintnance, this alone should put on about 5-10 pounds over 2 weeks. then when I get on spawn I am going to shoot up to 4k cals. In 6 weeks Ill prob put on 20 lbs, IM SUPER PUMPED.
