    What kinda of supplements should i be taking ?

    what kinda of supplements should i take if im 19 6'1 183 lbs... other than food, protein, creatine, gluta and NO vapor !!!

    (i want to gain mass)

    Could also throw in some BCAAs, but it's all about the diet. At your age once you have have the diet dialed in you could put some good size on.

    superpump 250

    if i take superpump 250 can that be used as a Bcaa also ? it is an anabolic Flavones but it says it contains Bcaa!!!

    so im not sure ?!?

    what about fish oil ? ( too much ? )

    thanks for all the help... well i decided to stay away from AAS and Pro-hormone for at least a coupleof years.. i want to try the natural way first..

    i need some help with my diet now.. if anyone has more knowledge then i please help me out!!!

    im 19
    6'1
    183
    9% bf
    i eat 3 times a day
    been lifting for 2 years
    never done any pro-hormone nor AAS
    i want to get bigger...

    at the moment i take ;
    protein
    creatine
    vitamin
    glutamine
    NO vapor _


    i want to star taking Bcaas
    ZMA
    And maybe fish oil


    for my age and height and weight, how much should i be taking of each supplement ?
    and how much should i be eating ?


    is it too much supplements ?

    You should head to the diet section for help from the gurus. You'll want to read the diet stickies/ watch vids, set your goals and construct a diet for critique. You'll get the help as long as you put in some effort..

    And as for supplements : multi vit, protein, BCAAs, creatine, and a pre-wo supp should be enough.

    BCCA.

    Arginine.

    Beta alanine with your creatine.

    Forget fish oil alone and take an Omega 3-6-9 that has everything.

    Use as directed on bottle.

    You will never gain any mass eating 3 times a day with your build, go to the diet section and get that straight or everything you are taking is pretty much worthless and you are wasting your money.

    Hey I have the same question -
    I'm 22, 205 lbs, have been working out since high school and have never used steroids or any illegal substances.
    Currently take superpump250, optimum whey, and try to eat healthy.
    Have noticed my recovery taking longer, so I'm thinking of taking a natural testosterone booster . Have read and heard that tribulus isn't the best. Any opinions on it?

    Have done some research online, and came across Gamma-O...not sure about this and haven't read or heard any reviews except from my guy at GNC. Heard vitrix is good too.

    Can I ask why you want to take fish oil? but aside from that, just eat. You said you want mass? Eat hard and lift even harder. Find a way to get more calories through out the day and you'll start to gain weight
