    To use T3 with Clen or not

    I want to speed up my cutting cycle. My diet is a CKD for now. I am on HRT taking 200mg of test weekly. I have heard T3 will cause both fat and muscle loss but the Test might help, however since my test injections are because I have low natural levels does this still hold true? My ultimate goal would be to stay around 180 (current weight) but be down from 16ish BF to 10-12. Would clen alone be a better option or just drop as quick as possible and then do a clean bulk to get back to the 180 area? Thanks

    Ok I am going to run it like this:

    Day 1 Clen 20mcg / T3 20mcg
    Day 2 Clen 20mcg / T3 20mcg
    Day 3 Clen 40mcg / T3 40mcg
    Day 4 Clen 40mcg / T3 40mcg
    Day 5 Clen 60mcg / T3 60mcg
    Day 6 Clen 60mcg / T3 60mcg
    Day 7 Clen 80mcg / T3 80mcg
    Day 8 Clen 80mcg/ T3 80mcg
    Day 9 Clen 80mcg/ T3 80mcg
    Day10 Clen 80mcg/ T3 80mcg
    Day11 Clen 80mcg/ T3 80mcg
    Day12 Clen 80mcg/ T3 80mcg
    Day13 Clen 80mcg/ T3 80mcg
    Day14 Clen 80mcg/ T3 80mcg

    two weeks off and repeat

    my question is do you guys that use this ramp up style take it all at once or split up the doses over the day? woul just starting at 40 or 60 after the first two weeks off be better?

    I would split up the t3 doses through out the day but not the clen. Clen's half life is 36 hours so take it early in the morning so you can sleep at night.

    Also I would just stay on the t3 when you are off of the clen.

    I've seen people run t3 for whole summers. I've ran it personally for 2 months.

    I think your goal of staying at 180lbs and dropping 4-6% BF is unrealistic considering you will be increasing your BMR w/ the clen and t3. I used t3 on a lean bulk @ 25mcg and wasn't able to make gains when I was in a 1000cal surplus. A little t3 goes on a long way...I would start at 25mcg and acess.

    after doing some research I realized that I would need to adjust my goal. I now want to get to 10-12% regardless of what weight

    should I leave the T3 at 80mcg the whole time when off cycle on the clen?

    Sure or you can increase it to 100mcg.

    this is day one at 40mcg...not much n terms of sides, was able to reach my target heart rate faster when doing cardio. I think I will skip day2 at 40mcg and just go to 60

    just make sure you are not losing more than 2 lbs per week or you will def. be burning some muscle in the process.

    does anyone know the shell life of T3? I have been taking it all at once in the am witht he clen but not sure if I should spread it out, don't really feel like carrying it around.

    also, how long before people see results? I have had the sweats (esp during sleep) but thats about it

    I think what you are after is the half-life of t3 which I'm not 100% sure but I think it is around 8 hrs. I like taking the dose 1st thing in the morn as taking it later in the day can effect your sleep. Give the t3 a week or so to build up in your system...it won't happen overnight.

    well this is day 8. on 100mcg of both for two days. sides are not bad, some sweating, shaking but nothing I can't deal with. Should I bump to 120mcg? I am taking 3g taurine a day

    oh, one thing that I have noticed is my muscles are stiff, esp right after excerising. Like when I get off the treadmill my legs are stiff....normal?

    Yes clen will cause you to cramp. Up your taurine dosage to 5g/day. Also, get some potassium.

    Really not like a cramp but more like soreness. Like if you haven't workout in a really long time and you just went balls out heavy. Even if I sit on the couch too long and get up, I feel like I'm 80. Maybe that's the Test?!?!

    Is it the CLEN?

    I am stiff! If I sit for an hour my legs are so stiff that I have trouble walking. And I am constantly strecting, like I just woke up from a 10 hour sleep and need to YAWN/strecth really big.

    I lowered the clen dose back to 80mcg

    Make sure your potassium levels are high along with Taurine.

    Also, make sure you are very hydrated. There is nothing worse then a clen cramp.

    yea def drink a lot of water. I have rasn clen a couple times and on it right now, luckly i get 0 cramps from the stuff, but i still try to stay hydrated.

    If you are doing clen with T3 i would say you are going ot lose muscle mass. Even though you are on the test injections, 200mg isnt that much and it is there cause your natty test isnt that high so rly your test would prolly just be around normal. Add in clen + T3 you have normal test levels plus 2 compounds known for burning fat/other. I would take just one of them at a time, or maybe up your cals a little? Not rly sure

    did two weeks of clen and T3 and now on day 5 of just T3 at 100mcg and have not lost a pound.

    I notice that I get hungry but can't eat the same amount of food anymore. Like my eyes are bigger then my stomach. Is this normal?

    ^^^I should have been more clear. I fell this way while on T3 only

    Anyway, should I raise my T3 to 140 or higher??
