albuterol dosing! pleas help!

I've read up on clen & albuterol a lot, and I'm quite confident in exactly how id dose clen. However its been much more difficult with albuterol,

>what's the most you would take in a day?

I took it as follows:

3mg in the morning
3mg in the afternoon
3mg in the evening before the gym

You can even bump it up to 18mg a day if you want too........

No it will not hamper your sleep pattern.

Albuterol seems to be very similar to Clenbuterol. Do you just inhale the albuterol? If so, how much is delivered with each squirt?

If you by inhaler form of albuterol then you inhale it, but the dosage in that won't give you any desired results unless you are an asthmatic. Why are you buying albuterol? Get clenbuterol, its availabilty is far superior, is generally cheaper and more effective.

Albuterol can effect your sleep. Do not take it too late in the evening.

I always took albuterol first thing in the morning. 12mg/day

Whats the best way to dose albuterol in a safe and effective manner. Is it alright if i take it in the morning like 4MG? or does it have to be split into seperate dosages? 2 in the morning 2 in the eve? I workout out late evenings ( 7 pm ) dont wanna take it a night due to sleep issues.
