    Does Jacked 3D cause bloat??

I have been taking Jacked 3D for a couple weeks and have noticed that I'm retaining quite a bit of water. I am prone to water retention so I stay away from Creatine all together but was told the product wouldn't have that effect. I have been taking the full recommended dose (3 scoops) a day. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

There's creatine mono in it... you're taking 3 scoops per day, probably getting about 5g of creatine in per day which is the average dosage taken by people. Even if its lower than that you can still get results off of 3g of creatine per day, same water retention and all. If you look on the ingredients list; AAKG is #1, CM #2

Yea, that is what I've been thinking. Too bad because I really like the stuff, setting aside the water retention. Thanks for your reply

Try using only 1 scoop to see if the water retention goes down.

I was thinking about taking this too but I was worried about the water weight. I heard 1 to 1.5 scoops was best. Does anyone know of a another good creatine plus NO?
