Casein protein Digestion time.

Hey everyone.

I was wondering the actual digestion time of casein protein.

I am specifically taking ON 100% Micellar Casein protein - one scoup, 24g protein.

Wondering the duration in time this roughly takes to digest in the body.

Yes I believe it's about 6 - 8 hours.

Ive been eating greek yogurt before i go to bed. 8oz has 23g of protein. My grocery store only carries plain, so i put honey and almond and granola mix.
