Newb needs strongest fatburner there is:
trying to get bf% down b4 first cycle can someone help me with the best supplement for the job that won't mess up my thyroid or metabolism like t3 and isn't dangerous like dnp ... Something strong that WILL WORK!

ECA stacks are good
some people like them better than clen
these can raise your Blood pressure so be careful

diet, cardio and PATIENCE!!!
Believe me, there is no way around this one brother. We are kinda close as far as height and age but I went from 196 to 180 in 3 months following a serious diet and major cardio. I have used clen in the past but I have gotten this far without it.
save your $$ on real food and proper supps like multi vitamins, vitamin c, fish oil, bcaas, etc....

hey pops I appreciate the encouraging word..quik question.. I'm taking pro powder bout 5 scoops/day does that count for bcaas? And also fish oil caps 2pills 2x day is that the rite fish oil? And do you hav explanation on vit c??i askd about clen and was told 2 use that when I get more lean as a boost...
