    Super Colon Cleanse

    So I am in the middle of a CKD and as of recently I have been severely constipated. After 4 whole days of not being able to go I decided to run to Vitamin Shoppe and pick up a bottle of Super Colon Cleanse. I took 2 doses. 1 yesterday at 1pm and then another at 4pm. I woke up this morning, and felt the 'urge'. So I hopped on the scale saw what I weighed and then went into the bathroom. Came out and weighed 2.5 lbs less. All I have to say is that this stuff works well.
