    can creatine make you break out?

    my friend said that any type of creatine makes him break out..
    is this even possible?

    Yeah never heard of that. There may be a filler or chemical in a certain type that could make someone breakout but not the creatine itself. Does beef make him break out? Beef has a decent amount of creatine in it.

    People blame the craziest things for them breaking out, creatine is a new one though.
