    the only one?

When I take supplements aside from protein and aminos, they seem to have a negative effect on my strength. And when I get off of them I get back up to strength. I've tried all kinds and brands of them and this happens everytime

That doesn't make any sense, at all. What supplements do you think do this to you?

Yeah some times the mind can play tricks on you,u know,It might just be a mind thing,I mean not saying you crazy or anything. Just that maybe when you take something you have in you head that your not gonna push it ,because your taking something so you don't....I don't know, kinda shiking your self out.But from what I have read those products are not all that good either..

Muscletech products are a deplorable group of garbage. Absolutely awful, the only one with any sort of legitimacy is their Hydroxycut.

theyre the top of the line as far as marketing, thats it!

If you were to spend the $ you shelled out on all of those supplements JUST on real food you would have done yourself a favor.

Thats ok, chalk it up and move on.

Really, get yourself the basics : multi, bcaas, fish oil, whey protein, vitamin c, you get the picture......pops....
