    Micronized creatine monohydrate better?

I was wondering if I should buy micronized cm. It's cheaper, but does it yield the same results? Is it better or worse than normal cm?

Better results, because it contains higher surface area than plain milled creatine.

It is still the same chemical but, micronized or not, however micronized provides more surface area as i stated earlier which means it is absorbed faster and more efficiently.

Strange. I can get micronized cm at a much lower price than plain cm here in Holland. Doesn't hurt to save some euros on my supplements...it's expensive enough if you want to grow. Not only food proteins, but supplements as well.

Well, you are what you eat! (and train of course).
