    Injectable B-complex

I picked up a 100ml bottle of Vet grade B-complex and have a few questions. heres whats in it per/ml:

    Thiamine hydrochloride (B-1) - 12.5mg
    Riboflavin 5 Phosphate
    Sodium (B-2) - 2mg
    Pyridoxine hydrochloride (B-6) - 5mg
    Niacinamide - 12.5mg
    d-Panthenol - 5mg
    Cobalt (As Cyanocobalamin)(B-12) - 5mcg
Benzyl Alcohol - 1.5% (as preservative)
    Water for Injection - qs

I plan on doing 2 injections a week what would be a good dose? Also it looks like it may have crashed too, if thats possible. All of the vials on shelf had particles in them when you shake them up. Is that normal? There good till 07/2011.

Low dose and poor quality forms of the vitamins being used.

Why are you doing this anyway?

Just for an energy boost but its not really that important. I was in the vet supply place today and saw it for $4 so I figured why not. If I don't take it I'll use it up on all my animals pretty quick so no waste.
