Food, AAS, supps, GH (when I decide to do it).
As for supps. BCAA's, Leucine, Creatine Mono, Beta-Alanine, Arginine, L-Carnatine (increase AR density on cycle), Omeg a3, MultiVit.
Recently I've tried LBA's (Liquid Beef Aminos) and there quite good. Replaces my BCAA's with them and they have leaned me out and I havent lost much weight (still in PCT). All in all, there a good, cheap protein supplement. Use them in the AM, preWO, PWO and before bed.
Various supps. during PCT to help restart the HPTA too.
