Where does everybody buy their protein?

There's a million supplement companies out their and I was wondering where everybody gets their protein from and why.

definitely look around for the best sales, most sites are the same in terms of price and what they offer, so I look for customer rewards programs that give you bigger discounts the more you order. best way to save imo.

OMG I just checked to see if I could find the EAS I buy at allsports but no luck, googled it and found a couple places that sell it for DOUBLE the price BJ's has it for!!

Wow I had no clue it was that expensive everywhere else.

I saw quite a few posts, above, that said they looked for the deals/sales .. as do I .. but had always wondered the "premium" stuff was actually all that better. is it better, but not worth the cost? or is protein just Protein ? (within reason, of course)

I have always wondered that too, is there a quality generic brand that is very well trusted. Again I usually just look for the best deals, allsportsnutrition usually has good stuff.

I know the EAS I buy has a good amount of BCAA's in it, not sure about the generic stuff.

    5720 mg per serving

    Valine - 1350
    Isoleucine - 1420
    Leucine - 2500

sometimes amazon is the cheapest, plus shipping is sometimes free, you have to figure in shipping costs if you really want a "good deal"

Vitacost has bargains some days too
