well do you have a problem with Cholesterol? alot of stuff has cholesterol in it some more than others,if you want a wt gainer type shake i always think its best to make your own,it will be healthier and you can manipulate the macros the way you want, just remember food food food.

well its not if i advise you to take, sure take it if you want to and you beleive it will help you reach your goals and its fits in overall with your diet, when you take this stuff its a little more complicated, first make sure your diet is on point, make sure you have a diet to reach whatever your goals are, these supps have their place but its a small place but like i said if you want a shake why not make your own,its healthier and you can manipulate the macros the way you want,it will be cheaper as well, you use something as simple as natty pb,whey, oats, ice, and water but all this is my opinion.good luck to you.
