I have my diet in check thanks to the guys in diet forum, been exercising regularly weights and cardio 5 days a week,, have lost close to 40 pounds sinse jan, now i was looking for the cut look and about 2 weeks ago started doing and EC stack, havent seen much of a diference loosing at same rate, few guys at gym told me to run EC 3 times day combined with animal cuts,, whats everyone's opinion on tht? Is it efective and most important is it safe?
