I just started up working out again and I'm looking for a good supplement combo before and after work out. Right now I'm just taking around 56 grams of whey protein before and after a workout. I'm not really back with where I wanna be with strength. I thought about taking a creatine but I don't want to retain water weight like I did in the past. I have never tried an NO and was looking into that because of the energy I would get during a workout. I weigh 158 pounds right now at 5'9 and want to pack on some muscle.
