Creatine doesnt cause water retention via estrogen increasing. It increases intracellular and extracellular water retention (skeletal muscle) directly. This is important for gains.

Supersetman, if you have anything confirming AI's will reduce water retention from CM, I'd like to see it. Otherwise, your advice is misleading.
