Mdrol Gyno questions

I have run two cycles of CEL M-Drol, both over a year ago. The first cycle I was very strict and had great results and NO gyno at all. Second cycle I was an idiot and was not strcit, less results and I got gyno for the first time. I still have a pretty large lump behind my left nipple.

Question is, if I run M-drol again exactly the way I did it the first time will I have to run anything during cycle to prevent gyno or should proper PCT suffice? Basically not sure if I made myself more prone to gyno with one bad cycle.

What do you do you mean by "2nd cycle I was an idiot and not strict".

Missed days, drank alcohol and did not complete PCT.

Also, not sure if this part make a difference but the first cycle I took each support supplement individually and the second cycle I took CEL Cycle Assist. I would hope this is not the problem and the above mentioned issues where, figured this was mention worthy though.
