MCT oil good supplement idea??????
i've read that mct oil is suppose to first used as fuel then automatically start burining stored fat. i've just came off a bulking phase and wanted to cut off a little fat and worried about losing the gains i have made
i was going to use mct right before performing cardio on a empty stomach, i was under the impression that the E/c/a stack would prevent me from going in a catabolic state while riding, but from recent comments from the AR family i was told that E/c/a wouldnt prevent me from going into that state, so in turn i'm thinking of using Mct oil to help prevent me from going into that state
i perform cardio 5-6 days a week for an hour
comments on this would be appreciated
