    Pre workout drinks and clen

    I know most of you will probably say don't mix the two, but is there anyone that has? I'm up to 100mcg of clen (day7), and i'm not really feeling any 'kick'.

    I workout at 3:30 in the morning, and prior to starting clen, i was drinking a pre-workout before hitting the gym. Energy, intensity and focus was money. Looking to get that back while on clen without killing myself.lol.

    Thanks in advance for any info/suggestions.

    I still take upto 400mg caffeine with 120mcg Clem pwo and I like.

    So I decided to drink a pre-workout with my clen dose(100mcg) this morning. Bad move. Wayyyy too jacked. Now I know.

    Think I'll bump it up to 120mcg tomorrow though.

    well clen is bronchodiolater- vaso constrictor, and pre work out sups, mainly the l arginine, is a vasodiolator.. they negate the effectg of each other. it took for me 120mcg to 160 mcg to get the sides from clen. biut everyones different.

    Took 140mcg this morning. I think i'm close. Going up to 160 tomorrow.
