    What supplements are you running??

    Just lined mine up, was pretty surprised at the amount. Here's what I'm taking:

    ZMA
    Maca
    Taurine
    M1T (Running it for 3 weeks)
    N Acetyl Cystein (NAC)
    Alpha Lipoic Acid
    Hawthorn Berry
    Milk Thistle
    Saw Palmetto
    Omega 3
    Vitamin C
    Vitamin D

    Other than that just whey protein Still try and get as many fruit/vegetables in as I can.

    Man that is a lot, i got with the essentials, Omega Flex (joint complexe) collagen again for joint lubrification. ON Multi vitamins, some EFA but not going overboard either taking 1-2 a day, and i decided to add kre alkalyn creatine since its so cheap and you don't need to cycle and it works amazing.

    I am getting my protein from food and cut out the powder completly. BTW ON multi vitamins as a lot of what you are taking right now in it check it out. 18$ and it last 2 months a real joke.

    I'm just on protein... And only take 2 scoops PWO

    I think the only supplements worth taking are protein, creatine, glutamine, glucosamine and vit C (and not all together)

    All that stuff he is taking is needed for what he is on. I could even add a few more things in there.

    Now when I am off...

    BCAA
    Glutamine
    Omega 3-6-9
    Kre Alk creatine
    Arginine.
    Multi
    Beta alanine

    On I just take whatever PH I am on at the time with taurine, all the liver support, multi and Omega.

    I'd rather take more than less when it comes to my blood pressure/liver health etc
    They all serve a purpose its not like I'm taking them for no reason

    good thing about india is there is this company call himalaya
    and almost all herbs u find in international supplements like tribulus,etc
    we get it isolated like for a dollar for dosage each of 250mg and 90caps.

    On the subject...

    ...of vitamins and such - I am looking to load up again on supplements and such and wanted some input from you guys on the multi-vitamin you guys take. There are crap products out there and good ones in this department. Which multi-vitamins are rock solid in quality? Besides a cool looking yellow-neon glow to my urine, It wouldn't hurt to get some quality vitamins in me besides what I get in my diet. Peace out.
